Ans. Before now we were sending our message through letters by post, but now we are able to send our messages by SMS. Messages sent by postal were taking more time to reach but now the messages sent by SMS do not take more time and reached immediate. 
Q. 2. Have you ever sent an SMS? How did you write your message? How did you send it ? 
Ans. Yes, I have sent an SMS through my mobile handset. For it first I went in message box in the mobile and then take write message option. I wrote the message and then select the number (mobile) were I had to send my message. After putting the required mobile number and in my mobile and then get it OK. Thus message from my mobile went to the others.

Ans. SMS stands for Short Messaging Service.

The demand and utilision of SMS as a communication has brought a revolution in the field of world's communication. Thus we can say that SMS has brought about a silent revolution. 
Q. 2. How do you think that SMS has now become the most referred option for communicaton ?
Ans. SMS has ability to send and receive text messages at a mobile phone. It is like e-mail a store and forward service that utilizes gateways to send messages from senders to recipients. Messages can be sent and received even while making voice calls. Such features of SMS byfercate it the others. Thus we think that SMS has now become the most preffered option for communication.
Q. 3. What is the attractive feature of SMS? How does a voice call differ from SMS ?
Ans. Messages are not sent directly from the sender to the receiver but are routed through SMSC. In SMSC the message is delivered at the destination mobile even if it is swtiched off or out of the coverage area. Ans. Yes, we agree with it. With the introduction of SMS and E-mail writing a message on paper (letter writing) and sending it to others has come down. As we think the paper writing is going towards its end. It is only used as a official while the letters of appointment, joining, notice etc. are send to the said persons. Generally now people communicate to others on SMS or e-mail.
Q. 2. The current phase of rapidly changing world conditions is a good sign or a bad sign for humanity.
Ans. As, I think the current phase of rapidly changing world conditions is not a good sign. The beginning of SMS and launch of mobile cellular phones has poluted the Global environment. The ultra-violet rays form the mobiles affect the human. As I listen more users of mobile phones may lose their brain capacity and brain hammarage may be occured. It is not a good sign for humanity.

Q. 1. Write a paragraph in about 80 words on each of the following:
(a) The mobile as a companion
Ans. At present mobile is a good companion of a human. There are many kinds of things in the mobile. We can not only talk or can send one messages to others but if we are in alone we can use a mobile as playing games, using to listen songs etc. If we are to measure or calculate a numerical problems, calculator is available in mobile sets which help us to calculate the problems. We have no need of any watch to know the time because it is available in mobile sets. We can use alarm clocks to a work at said time. Thus we see that the mobiles much close to us and sometimes we do not need company of mobiles are our hands.
